hughes, not to be mean, but every question i've seen you ask has been asked many many times before . You should really read the FAQ, it would probably answer any questions you have faster than waiting for replys.

ok thanks for the advise about the faq but I like to here form the members and what they have to say and not what they said yesterday or last year as times change very quickly in the console/computer markit but thanks anyway

You will probably NEVER be playing GBA games on your GP32

Never say never.

as times change very quickly

Situation didn't change.

From what I've read in the documentation about gba-emulation it's definetly possible, but if nobody is working on it, we won't see an good gba-emulation.

Well, it may be possible, but VERY difficult, and it may not be a good idea to emulate a current competitor to the GP32 because if nintendo found out they'd shut it down immediatly. It is probably too much work and risk for someone who would be doing it for free.

i also thought that Nintendo had a patent on GBA emulation. I know i heard that somewhere, just can't remember.

WRONG. They already have some games working, such as the fantastic Super Dodgeball Advance!!!! <_<

There are no software patents in Europe yet and there are existing gba-emulators for other platforms.

Trust me, if a fully-working GBA emulator came out on the GP32, the FAQ would definitely be updated...
