Hey, some kid at my school offered me 150$ for my gp32 Flu + 3 smc's. Is this a fair trade?

Er No

Console costs about $240

SMC costs about $20 each

Besides that where else are you going to be able to play the complete array of NES, GB, PC Engine, Atari 800, ST, C64, Spectrum, Arcade, Snes, Plus 4, ZX81, Megadrive / Genesis, Homebrew etcetc in your pocket?????

Don't think I will ever sell mine and I am 34 ;-)

i dunno if i can apreciate all the classics as much as you can. But who knows the psp could prosper into a emu scene who knows. ;)

hopefully the psp will, but no one is able to run any homebrew code on it yet..
If you have appreciated playing gameboy anysort, you should appreciate the classics :)

Tht would be a awful trade. I bought my GP32 NLU for 2000kr (276,66 USD), but that's a very high price. Still it's worth at least 200.
The GP32 has a lot more than just classics; like Crocodingus and Bolcaxian (don't care about the graphics...)
How long have you had yours?

I dunno its coming close to 2 years I think that I have had my Flu. If I had the money I would love to keep gp32 but I gotta get some cold hard cash.

what the hell are you all talking about? I just bought a flu for $120, your never going to get $250. A brand new BLU isn't even $200, 128 SMC can be bought for $20 or less on ebay.

Nobody is going to pay $200 for a flu when the guaranteed BLU units are less BRAND NEW.

I think it's a decent price for a used flu. I bough my flu around christmas time for about $190 which included shiping, dungeon and guarder, an rf link, and a few cd's. If you don't play it much anymore thats a pretty decent price.

109 UK pounds is 206US dollars + postage + import taxes if applicable...

and that is just the guaranteed 160mHz model.

The 166mHz models come in at 225 US + postage etc...

up to 166mhz is $185 US dollars on GBAX, guaranteed 160mhz is $205, these come with games and rf link.

Your trying to tell me that a used flu is worth more than a brand new blu? C'mon, even on Ebay they don't go for more than $150. Even with 3 smc, you would never get close to $200 for it unless someone was rreeeallly desperate.

I paid $113.51 worth of pounds for my flu gp32 off spray here, and he gave me a voltage thingie, and three smc's

Everybodies quoting prices that they paid for this and for that etc, But do these guy`s at his school actually know what it is (the GP32 i mean), Or even what a rom is . For all we know, All they see is this strange gba looking gadget (that they`ve probably never seen before) that is able to play and do all these things that they may not have thought was possible. Where as we all know here what this gadget is and mostly capable of.

I`d say if you don`t really want it, Sell it for as much as you can get for it. :D

Trooper

i would think they would sorta have an idea what a gp32 is if they immediatley offered $150 for it. If they thought it was a GBA then why wouldn't they offer like $50 for it or less.

I'm just saying that it's outrageous to expect over $200 for a used flu when Brand new, BLU units are cheaper.

No, I'm just telling you a guaranteed 160 or 166 new BLU is not under $200US from gbax like you stated in your post.
