One of the great things about living where I live is that they have veggie seasons like we used to have in Britain. We've just been eating Celeriac and winter grown spuds (celina-Woogal grow that one!!!), and now it's asparagus time!!! It's in all the restaurants, and it makes you really appreciate them! Not like the UK when you can buy anything whenever you want, but it all tastes the same cos it's been grown in a lab!!!

PS.@LHC You really are on a roll at the mo for great posts, never seen so many ironies posted!!! That is if...er, you are joking, right? Cos veggies do indeed ROCK!!!!!

All veggies except cellery and those strange really spicy Chinese ones are good. I only like raw vegetables though; cooked ones can be disgusting unless they're made well. And unless they happen to be beans or peas.

My favourites are: Carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, potatoes tomatoes and peas. :)

"I put 'em in my hat
and I eat 'em just like that.
I put 'em in my ears
and my shoes.
I put 'em in my pants,
and I do a little dance.
It always seems to take
away my blues."

Brownie points if you know where that song's from. :p

Life would be boring without a nice bit of veg.  Seriously - I love the stuf. Load me up with veg any day of the week (though I'm not a veggie)...

I nominate this post for the GP32X Confusingly Worded Post Contest :p .
