Nes Emulation?

I wouldn't mind a GP32, I skipped it as full speed SNES is pretty important to me. Then again I wouldn't mind any gadget if I had the money!

Lol yes im sure it was 133mhz. You just gotta change a few of the options and it runs hella smooth :) Like v-Sync u turn off etc...

I think you guys are being trolled. :)

Frankly, I expect skilled programmers to eventually be able to emulate anything up to and possibly including the PSX (with software rendering of the polys) on the dual ARM-200's of this bad boy.
i think psx is really out of range :p

maybe megadrive and 32X or snes with superFXs etc easily, but the PSX doesn't even run perfectly on a XBOX

plus considering the size of the needed "roms" :p

I expect to see the PSX emulated, I just don't expect to see it done WELL.

No slight to any devs that try, btw. This little machine just doesn't have the horsepower for decent PSX emulation.

32X would be pretty sweet though. I'm not hopeful that it will get pulled off, but if it does, AWESOME.

Well whenever anyone complained that the gp2x wasn't going to be good enough you guyees got nasty and now it can only emulate as well as a gp2x (which a lot of us already own).
And sod the video function- I either sleep or meet interesting people on trains and so should you.
It can only emulate as well as...... itself!!!! OMG!!!!

Have you guys been holding out on me? :(

tonight, i tried the last (v13) version of the xbox PSX emu,

ridge racer revolution ran at about half speed (if not 1/3) with a 733 pentium and a good nvidia videochip .... considering that, i don't think devs will even try to make a GP2x port

You don't fully realise the differences in processors, nor the value of optimising. That being said, full-speed is a no-go, but a PSX will be tried and become successful to some -- of that, there's no doubt.
