My GP2x has arrived but i have 2 problems:

1. its at the post office till monday as i missed the post yeserday.

2. I wont get it until the 25th December as hubby got it me as my pressie!!!

But never the less i am pretty chuffed small problems and all.

I have just about got my head around the film decoding but now i want to preload some of the emulators on to my cards so i am pretty much ready to go on the big day. I even invested £14.99 on some Ansmann batteries!

Not I have rambled on and you have fell asleep what I want to know is can I put more than 1 emulator on a card? I have the folowing sizes:

1gb - Movies
512mb - Games
256mb - photos
2 x 128mb - ebooks / mp3's (but i have an ipod for that)

Is this an ok set up? or do i need to have an sd card per emulator?

Thanks

;)

as i can tell, there's a menu to select what program you're running off your sd card, so yes. just put them in different folders/rename the launchers, etc.

I figured, that, par example, two 512MB cards are better than one 1GB card... Reason being, if you're on the road, and the other card gets a non-fatal problem, which can be fixed, but needs a cardreader, you still have the other card with it's content to use...

So a setup like Thunderchild's is nice, in my opinion.

Yes you can have more than one emulator and/or game (or anything else) per SD card, In fact, You can have as many emulators and/or games (or anything else) per SD card as you can fit on said card, But don`t forget the roms.

Just to give you an idea, Heres a directory structure of my SD card (minus the programs, They wouldn`t show  ).
