Does anyone remember vib-ribbbon for the playstation 1. It was a very simple game that had you bouncing along a ribbon in time with whatever track was playing off the cd.
I only mention it because i would really like to see a remake of this game for the gp32 that uses mp3's to generate levels, because i'm tired of not being able to play any games while i'm listening to music on it :)

I've thought about that so many times. It would be awesome, but I doubt it'll ever happen.. even if it did just use simple vector graphics, and a game small enough that it could fit into the PS1's ram.

Oh well :(

It was in Edge's "top games of all time" recently, first time I'd heard of it. I had a similar thought about GP32 when I saw it :)

I think it could possibly work, but it would probably be difficult because most resources are probably used up decoding the mp3 I guess.

Yeah that would be sweet, after playing the new GP Master version of DDR i felt that the GP32 could do a very good music/dance game.

I would be more than happy to pay for a version of Vib Ribbon or DDR for my GP32.
