I have been eyeing the GP32 on/off for a bit. I was wondering about some things though:

1. Is there an external AC adaptor for the system?
2. Can I buy SMC cards for it at a local electronics store? (BestBuy, Fry's, Circuit City, etc)

Thanks in advance!

1. yes but i havent used it because you have to buy one with a special attachment (which i havent got)
2. yes but they are way too expensive. order over the internet for the best price

he ain't kidding. I bought a 128mb SMC online for £20 including P&P, then saw the exact same thing in Dixons for £50.

Thanks for the quick reply! Do you have any links for the AC adaptor? I tried searching around for it but was unable to get any good hits.

Yeah I was just wondering about the SMCs... If they weren't 100% standard. Also, sometimes (like now - after X-mas sales, Thanksgiving sales), these things get really discounted at local stores.

yeah. you can just use regular batteries cuz the last very long in the gp32 (like 10+ hours). You can get 128M SMCs (biggest size) online for $35, but they charge around $70-$80 in the stores.

The adapter needs to be 3v, have negative polarity, and around 300mAH (It's in the gp32 manual).
