This website now has almost 2000 registered members, 1996 to be precise.
However, the maximimum number of users ever online was 100 back in August.......
I think we should try to beat this number and arrange a date and time to try. This way we could prove that the community is still going strong.
we need 101 users...

What exactly is the point of that? I don't think we need to do that to prove how strong the community is. Besides, 100 is a nice even number, why ruin it? I think someone should do a little house cleaning, perhaps delete the innactive users from the database.

Like Everest - cos it's there :p

Shussssh!! I agree with this proposal. Set a time!

EDIT: Happy birthday :)
Haha, that's funny. Well if there's about 50 or some active users now, then it shouldn't be that hard. But if you're gonna beat the record of 100, make it higher than 101, make it like 500.

Lurkers are ok. I don't believe that lurkers should be deleted cos all they do is follow the forums.... No matter if they don't post.

Good point - in fact, publicity-oriented people for companies often lurk in forums such as these - gathering info on whether a product is worth getting behind...

make it in about a week so you can let as many people as posible know....
and count me in.....

I notice a surge of posts after around 6pm gmt sometimes, I guess it's people like me getting home from working in England... Might be good then? depends how the time difference works I dunno

good idea - why not do it in the weekend and combine it with an irc-party at #gp32 ? ;-)

cheers
