Foleyo:
It's simple: Caanoo has better hardware, G18 has better software. It's a full blown android device - almost all apps work properly, Kindle works just fine, Onlive as well.
Screen is dim. Playing outside is impossible, it turns into a giant silver mirror.

I would be really grateful if you could comment later if you have this enormous audio lag (0.8-1 second) on any apps or games EXCEPT video playback. Mine certainly does.
I tried to reload default config too, problem still persists... I'll now try running Wiz version via Ginge and see if it's any difference. Thanks for your info, though!
EDIT: Nah, Wiz ReArmed via Ginge just crashes.

The Caanoo-branded SD card died in about the first hour after arrival. With new card, if Caanoo crashes, I need to power-cycle before the OS detects the contents properly.
Yes, I do, all the time. Save states get corrupt on overwrite, on load... no such problems with other Caanoo emus. Tried several cards, computers, OSes, firmwares and ReArmed builds to no avail.

I'm a new owner of Caanoo and I like it. I have a problem with otherwise excellent PCSX ReArmed emulator. It seems to corrupt save states when overwriting (ie saving a state to a previously used slot). These cannot be loaded after and overwriting often crashes the Caanoo outright...
Weird things happen to me too. The Caanoo-branded SD card stopped working the day I got it. I bought a new Kingston 8GB SDHC card and have weird issues with it. Copying is excruciatingly slow (500-700 kBps), the card mysteriously disconnects in the middle of copying, regardless if it's in the...
