Ok, i read somewhere that the GP is ok without the front light! But yet it is now coming out with it.
- Is this an official release or is it a mod?
- Would you reccomend it, or will i be fine with the normal version?
- 100 bucks more for a light! (and is that the only revision)? I could buy 2!
- At GBAx.com its doesnt say that the cables and software are included with the backlight version, are they?
- Anyone who lives in the US, where would you reccomend to buy it?

Okay, I find that without the frontlight on, the GP32 is slightly better than the original GBA... so, not that great. It's an official mod at the factory by Gamepark, so no worries there. I'd definately recommend getting it, I'd be pretty unhappy about mine, but some people are happy without, so... basically, compare the difference between the first GBA and the GBA SP, and determine if you can live without the light. It's the same type of lighting system in both units, AFAIK.


And yes, the cables and stuff are included, as I just bought mine from GBAx.

I highly reccommend it. It works great.

100 bucks for a light? It's only 50 bucks more.

Yeah they are included.

I guess you could try ordering from the discount shop, because they are in the us. I bought from Play-Asia and didn't have to pay any custom fees. You could also try GBAX.

Well I dont know how much a buck is worth but at gbax.com its £30 more for the flu version.
