Well I have a gba psu, it's an osmart thing that outputs 3 volts, dc, an provides 400ma...I don't want to fry my new gp2x, so how do i find out if it's center grounded or not.?
A power brick fitting the GP2X's port that is center-negative, outputs 3 Volts DC and at least 1 ampere should do fine. More current won't hurt anything, more voltage will; just keep that in mind and you should be good.
