When I installed XP on my EEE PC, I put on a slimmed down version of it. I took out the Remote Access Connection Manager Service, as it's for dial-up and VPN stuff that I'd normally never use. Unfortunately, I've just made my Razr a modem, and I need it now to access the internet on a trip I'm going on. How would you add a service that was left out of the install? Do you have to use Windows Update to do it? Any help is much appreciated, thanks! :D

Are you positive you didn't just disable the service and can't go Start->Run "Services.msc" and re-enable it from there?
If you actually did not install the files from the CD (That's one special CD), then you'll have to reinstall windows with the ®epair option to install the needed components. This should maintain your data, and install the needed files and services.
