Any Body Use A Psp To Run Emulators

There might be a thread around here about this....

What do you want to play? I don't have a PSP, but it's a game console and knowing the homebrew scene I assume if you get a PSP-2000 for cheap it will be better than any Cheep Chinese PMP.

I am running a PSP 3002 with GBA, SNES and Sega Mega Drive and I think the screen its fantastic, no pixilation at all I don’t know what people were complaining about

I'm so confused by this. Why ask about the quality in multiple threads when you apparently already know first-hand? What new information were you expecting to find out that you couldn't just test for yourself?

I have a Japanese PSP-1000 with the Sharp screen. It was never great for emulation, but the screen ghosting has progressivly become worse.

I don't use PSP to run emulators for retro games but few of my friend does and I am also thinking to use it.

I had a Japanese 1000, and the screen was pretty bad then, but bearable.
Then I had a 2000 for a short while, and I just didn't bother with emulators because the screen was so bad.

I don't have a PSP at all, I'd rather not buy a device just to crack it. I'd still be paying for DRM, and wasting my own time breaking it.

My friend has a PSP, but only because his friend broke it and let him have it or something. The screen is cracked and I don't think he has a charger, it might have been thrown away.

PSPs suck.

Noone ever complained about what you call "pixilation", but the older PSP revisions had a quite distracting motion blur, also known as ghosting, which, together with the poor directional pad, ruined Emulation of fast paced games for a lot of people including me.

So yes, i used it for Emus, but not any more.

Is there any point to this thread besides creating a list of people who emulate stuff on their PSP? Any specific question?
