First off, you yourself are a fairly new user. What makes you think a couple of months make you better than those you seek to ban? And actually the reason why some new members are often unnerving is that they are
1) used to a different *netiquette* which dominates on most other communities - (think Gamespot forums :rolleyes: ), but adjust after a while.
2) just dumb - (think Yahoo! Answers users ) after a while they decide that "omg dis cummoniny is so elitsit ans rude, im gunna laeve!"
So you see, the problem resolves itself after a while.

Having to moderate the constant influx of people who can't find the search button to save their lives, but somehow managed to find this site, I know where you're coming from. Still, you can't ban someone just for not knowing any better.
