For my work on guihints, I've been trying to find out who has created the blue brightness symbols on the "u" and "i" keys of the Pandora's keyboard, and what license they've been made available under.

I was not able to find any relevant information on http://pandorawiki.org/ , http://boards.openpandora.org/ , http://www.gp32x.de/board/ , as well as via a general Internet search (other than an indication that someone called "Ant", who uploaded http://pandorawiki.org/File:pandkey.png , might have something to do with it).

Where can I find more information on this, other than manually skimming through the old threads on http://www.gp32x.de/board/ ?

I created them, they have been found on OpenCliparts.org :)
Does this mean you created and then uploaded them to openclipart.org , or does it mean you found them on openclipart and then used them to create the keyboard?

In either case, I can not find them there.

I found them there. I can upload the SVG file for the keyboard layout, when I find some time.
