Can't detect Sandisk 64GB Micro SD card

Did you format it to FAT32?

They usually come preformatted as ExFAT which will not work.

Right clicked Micro SD card drive, left-clicked "Format...", left-clicked "File system", only "exFAT" and "NTFS (Default)" show up.

I suggest using GParted (either a LiveCD or the Pandora version) to format it to FAT32.

Using an NTFS with the Pandora is bound to lead to issues.

Now it detected it after I loaded Community Codec Pack and selected NTFS. I appreciate it.

Format it NTFS but make sure you have the community codec pack installed on your Pandora
I would not recommend doing that as this could leed to a chicken and egg issue if you don't have a second SD-Card lying around you could use to install the ccp after a reflash. Also as far as I know there isn't much experience around her with issues that could arise with ntfs handling things different on a (file)system level than fat32 or ext#.

Would there be any issues if you had a second smaller card formatted to Fat32 and used that for Flashing & reinstalling the CCP as per the suggestion from thatgui?

There are plenty on the internet.
