I searched and didn't find a topic (I believe it is on the gp32x forum, if at all).

I just bought Caster, and it wasn't as long as I hopped, but there are future missions coming, if their website can be trusted.

It was just ported to Linux, and I have it on good authority that a Pandora port is in the works:
Hi Mike, I wish you had a comment box when ordering. I just wanted to say that I enjoyed the demo, very nice. One small bug if you use the earth building weapon under a tree, you can see the textureless base of the model.

Anyway, nice game and a very reasonable price. Glad to see you have a linux port. One of the reasons I bought it was to not only support you, but in the hopes you plan an arm port, specifically for the Open Pandora.

Cheers,

BackAssward.
Yes, a Pandora port is in the works! Since we've already ported to iPhone and Caster was originally developed under Linux, the Pandora port should be very straight forward.

Thanks for the feedback!

So it's official. Here's to hoping more levels are created. At $5.99, a quality game engine with much potential.

I moved this to Pandora Software, because it's not really news - we knew a port was in the works a few months ago, and had confirmation from Svartalf.

It's nice to see awareness of the Pandora among game developers, though.

My bad, wasn't sure where to post... just happy with the info. I wanted to share, I couldn't find a topic on the matter here. Pretty sure it was posted on the other forum, but couldn't be sure (with them down). Not being in the news category is fine with me.

Yes, it can be trusted. He's started on Chapter 2 as of Monday of this week.

Let's not make this hearsay, then. :D

A Pandora port IS in the works. It started this Monday.

I should know. I'm the guy doing it. :D

It's in progress on both counts.

Did Mike say if you have to re-purchase it for each platform?

No, he didn't. As low as the price per platform, though, I'm suspecting that you're going to have to
purchase for Pandora separately from Linux. If you're wondering, you can ask when the version
for the Pandora rolls out.

True, the cost is minimal, and it is a gorgeous looking game. I do agree with supporting indie developers, and of course those that port the games to the Pandy
