Hi,

I have two A320’s a white one I got a soon after it came out, and a black one I got soon after it came out which was later.

They both have the ILI9325 LCD.
The dual_boot_installer_20090628.zip worked for the black one but NOT the white one:

They BOTH did this:

C:\dual>usbtool-win 1 hwinit.bin 0x80000000
USBtool v0.4 - (C) 2008 Maurus Cuelenaere

BUT only the black A320 booted linux and launched the flasher script, the white one did nothing. When I reset the white one it is still a normal Dingoo.

WHITE A320

I tried re-initializing the white one using the unbricking tool, it worked but still no dual boot.

How can I get dual-boot to install on the white one?

Thanks.

I contacted booboo. The dual-boot installer does not work on first-batch white Dingoos with the two 2GB RAM chips instead of the single 4GB chip in later revisions.
I don't know how many were made like this but as Dingux gets more popular we may find out.
