So when the GP32 is launched in europe there are obviously going to be several games titles launched with it, what can we expect?

Obviouly the games are going to be better in terms of graphics compard with the GBA, so is it realistic to expects similar games as champ manager, command and conquer??

also will big games companies (capcom, konami....) start making games and take full andvantage of the GP32's capabilities???

How recently did you here this? Because a gamepark interview said no capcom games would be forthcoming, because the deal fell through. Unless you know they have said otherwise? (here's hoping)

ggx isn't capcom

and i thought i read all these deals actually fell through

Hello!

I did an interview with Mr. Heiss, Pressmanager of Mitsui Germany two weeks ago.
He stated following positions:

-> Are there any new Games from Gamepark upcoming with the european release?

"Yes there are. Gamepark is working on some apaptions und new releases. But there are no names, games untill now."

-> What about the support of third party developers? Are there any companies which are working on GP32-Titles?

"Yes, actually we are in good contact with well known worldwide developers right now. But we're not allowed to make any concrete announcement at this time."

-> Untill now there's no support from wellknown, international software developer/publisher. What happens if they still don't support the GP32?

"The GP32 was only available in Korea or by import dealers. There was no market for third-party-publisher/developer. But it will change in oktober since there is a lot of software coming. There will be new games with the european release. This is for sure. We just given several english sdk's to some software-publisher/developer in US and Europe."

-> Which users is Mitsui targeting? Right now the GP32-Owners are more or less maniacs or hobby-coders ...

"From the beginning the GP32 is targeting core- and freak-gamers. But the easy handling and the open architekture let's even part-time-gamers look at the this machine."

-> It's the first time that Mitsui get's a handheld in the games-segment. What it's like to fight in the ring with the established companies like Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft?

"Mitusi has a long experience in the videogames-market. We are publishing for more than ten years videogames for companies like Nintendo. But unlike the specialist Nintendo, Mitsui is a mixed-company like Sony and Microsoft."

Excuse my worse translation  . But it's hard to get exact words in english. There is much more text, but i concentrated it in this form.
Have Phun!

sounds promising, what do you think the games will be like in terms of graphics ( as good as the ported Doom???

well, let's see! but the line up from several developer/publisher don't mention a single game at the the tokio games show ....! might be a hint
