Meloncoke released a first alpha Version of a nice little drawing app for the F200!

graffiti_control.jpg

-Eight colors and eight kinds of pen types.
-Drawn picture can be saved by the 24bit color bitmap.
-File name is saved by the sequential number, and not overwrited.
10,000 files can be saved from grft0000.bmp to grft9999.bmp

Since is uses the touchscreen, using it on an F100 doesn't make much sense :)

I played around with Graffiti a bit today... it's a pretty cool little app. Of course, I found drawing with accuracy a little difficult... but that's because I mainly use the rounded back end of the F-200 stylus (since the black tip you're supposed to use seems a little pointy and I'm afraid I'll scratch my screen if I use it!)

Is it just me or is the position of the brush slightly below the position of the stylus, I tried calibrating my LCD but that didn't fix it, maybe its a feature....

It's a great proof of concept but I'm holding out for a port of one of the Pocket PC drawing apps. PocketPicture would be awesome, but the dependency on .Net might make it difficult.... Performance might also be a problem.
