I could not get Handy to work until I put the Lynx system image files in the handy directory.
You need to have the files lynx.bin and lynxboot.img in the handy directory or the emulator won't work.
Good luck...
I have the files lynx.bin and lynxboot.img since yesterday with roms in the same folder in the root dir since yesterday w/ the 2x scale of the screen version and still nothing.
ggrrr....
I just tested and it looks like it works without needing the lynx.bin file.
I now just have lynxboot.img in the /handy directory.
It looks like the lynxboot.img file I have is 512 bytes.
Here is my handy directory:

Some emulators require a file like lynx.bin in order to run the games.
Most likely lynx.bin stores common commands and/or information that is shared by every lynx game (kinda like the SDL libraries on the gp2x). If you don't have the bin file then the Lynx games can't run because they dont have the needed libs/info.
