Looking good.

Even though it's not entirely in the spirit of the site, a textual filter or search would be nice.

Feel free to add these games:

http://repo.openpandora.org/?page=detail&app=greyout (Pandora exclusive, will also get a huge update soon-ish. Even though the category on the repo says "ArcadeGame" it's more of a Logic or Puzzle game. It's open-source, too.)

http://repo.openpandora.org/?page=detail&app=passage.foxblock (Port, would put it in the adventure or puzzle category, it's very hard to pin down though. Game is FOSS - public domain, even)

http://repo.openpandora.org/?page=detail&app=gravitation.foxblock (same here)

In general though, I would like to see this sort of functionality integrated into the repo (so we don't have two websites with the same purpose).

Even though  the intent is different to the repo's right now (showcase of good products vs. database for everything), I think these can be combined.

Taking the Steam store as an example, you will never see a games like this  on the frontpage because of content management. If you provided the repo with a list of "certified good" games or reviewed games (something you are creating right now), you could have the same thing, automated even.

Just the presentation of the repo's frontpage need to be adjusted (along with features like videos, icons for c4a functionality, etc.), but I guess you could combine efforts here (instead of working on separate projects).

This is why I would like to see the repo going open source (something on which @milkshake sadly hasn't commented yet).

For now, though, keep up the good work.

That little coin on the repo is a good indication.

...Was looking on each games page and from the ones I've added so far only one is a commercial game so wasn't seeing the [buy] button. The link on the front page is good, I'll add those as only 13 games total.

@foxblock, Yeah this site is nothing as serious as the repo, I've no database driven content for one. I'm working on a much simpler little site, but pretty much doing for that reason you mention ... I too think the repo could do with a frontpage overhaul, with some of the current popular or new titles being a bit more shown off visually, with videos and such, but milkshake I'm sure is busy and I think I read about him revamping it at sometime.

The repo serves a greater purpose for sure, but if anyone fancies some pretty screenshots they welcome to check my page then link through to the repo when found something and d/l it and play :)

I'll add your titles to the page in a bit, cheers

@foxblock, Greyout looks a great game btw, I like that style a lot. I had a game similar to it on Android too

Keep up the good work!

One more suggestion: when you select multiple genres or skills, it now shows you the union of those sets. I think it would be more useful to show the intersection. That would allow you to find e.g. Pandora-exclusive puzzle games with C4A support, instead of getting a list of the union of all Pandora-exclusive games, all games with C4A support, and all puzzle games.

Battle Jewels

Cannonball

Mini Slug Project

Not Tetris

Rescue

Space Rocks

XInvaders3D

are missing in the c4a-section.

Great work so far!

It's easier to find the scores of c4a-games now too,

http://c4a.openpandora.org/ needs a list view badly.

Just got a chance to check out the website.  It's nice.  One thing I noted is that the names of original authors are not mentioned, only the names of the porters are mentioned.  This is a little misleading as visitors may think the porters are also original creators of the games.  Would be good if both are included to give original creators some credits :)

@, Yes, I'd like to attribute the creator. I'm basically getting that info from the repo, so the names I mention are the names given as the 'maintainer' on the repo. I wouldn't necessarily know who the original creator of each game is.

Perhaps I could add the label 'maintainer' alongside the names though.

@Klumpen, What's up with it exactly - formatting or function not working? What browser you have too? It does heavily rely on jquery so needs scripts allowed
