We would still need a USB 2.0 device, which we don't have on the GP32.
USB 1.1 is just too slow to handle large transfers.

People have already made a power source, and USB 1.1 can be lived with.
But it still wouldn't be enough to drive a video card thats any better than the graphics capabilities we already have.
