Problem with my screen

I have a problem with my LCD screen, i got it back from Craig about 1½-2 months ago, where i got the whole machine replaced. Now it seems that the screen cannot go beyond about 90° without displaying errors on the screen. I also found that the center screw (close to the usb port) seems to have broken off. But this seems to be a problem with many of the pandoras.

I uploaded a short video of the screen problem here:

https://www.youtube.com/embed/PCtfR3bzUBA?feature=oembedS: Is this easyer / faster fixed by ED or Craig? i must admit i live closer to ED so if that was possible it would be great :)

Edit: Can i possibly fix this problem my self without voiding warrenty?

Looks like failing LCD cable (PTOD) and your just unlucky that its currently cutting out entirely at more than 90°, you should send to ED for the RMA.

In the meantime try opening it upside down, or gently moving the lid left and right sideways in its hinge slot, or gently banging the unit as you open it and you might get a picture at more angles for awhile. Mine used to have really garbaged colours and corruption 9x out of 10 it was opened but once you had a picture, if you kept it propped upon in transit (so the screen remained on) it was perfectly useable otherwise.

Edit: if you search back in time on PandoraPress blog, you'll find a video ED made on how to disassemble the Pandora to replace an LCD cable (you'd need one from Craigix shop) but its not an easy looking process.
