Hi
I´ve finaly desided to go for the gp2x instead of any other handheld system. But i have one question about the TV-out.
Will the resolution on my tv be the same as the gp2x has scaled it down to? or will it scale to the same resolution as the tv?

Wouldnt it be rather ugly if it scales down my movies on the tv to 320x?? or what it is the gp2x use?

Hope you understand my english ;)

The TV-Out chip is a Conexant CX25874 who has got
True international support for NTSC, PAL and SECAM output
HDTV output capability
Adaptive flicker filtering
Supports resolutions 320 x 200 to 1024 x 768
Software forward capability with the CX25870 and CX25871
Programmable overscan ratios from 0% to 25%
Pin compatible with CX25872 and 25873
64-pin TQFP

So probably TV-out will be more than 320x240..

1280x720 would have been so nice, maybe in the GP3x
