Ok, so for some reason I have experiencing random shutdowns when I'm in windows. I've tried restoring, but after a while it happened again. But when I leave Linux on for the night, I don't experience any shutdown.

Here's what SpeedFan shows:

As you can see... it's really hot for some reason. I don't know which device though. So that's the main problem

I'll run and Windows Diagnostic of the RAM and install another fan, check the power supply... Anything else I should do.

My Specs:

Windows 7 32-bit
AMD Athlon x64 3500+
2 GB RAM (DDR)
nVidia GeForce 6600 GT

Any data needed, I could provide as long as I know where to get it..

Unless those two "really hot" values get really hot only after you've been using the system for a while, you can safely ignore them.
(If they are static, showing 126c from the moment windows boots, and onwards, then you can safely assume it's not a thermal resistor, and a false reading. It will never show a different value then 126, and is utterly useless.)
B!

WHat would I be looking for in the event viewer?

You'll see a message every time the machine boots or reboots. So the morning after this happens (or if it happened recently, you can look now -- the messages should be sorted by date/time), look back into the messages before the bootup message and see if there are any errors noted. Then google for the error numbers and see what you can find out. The System and Security tabs will probably be the most interesting, but the Application events may also yield some info from the moments before shutdown.

The specific bootup message may also leave you a clue. Oftentimes when the system reboots after a crash, it'll say something like 'Windows has rebooted after recovering from a serious error.'

One other thing, is it a shutdown or a reboot, and are you running Vista? By default, Vista's Windows Auto-Update will reboot your system after it downloads/installs new updates, and the only indication you'll get is a pop-up prompt that says, "Hey! We just installed stuff and will be rebooting your machine in 30 minutes unless you click this button right here! Yeah, that's right, the one you can't see because you're not at your terminal." I finally figured this out the third time I came back to an Ubuntu login prompt (Ubuntu is my GRUB default) after leaving my laptop up on Vista for more than a couple hours. It's configurable, though I can't recall offhand exactly how to disable it.

One more reason not use Windows...

Tried re-install.. Might be a hardware problem..

When I boot my computer, I hear "CPU fan fail" and a message comes up something like this

CPU Fan Speed Failed or speed low.
CHA1 Fan Speed Failed or speed low.

I tested a variety of fans, installed a new one and cleaned my system with dusting spray, but I still get this message.

Here's my event log:

Here's your problem, you're using an expired version of the windows 7 beta.
I read up on Wikipedia earlier, and if you have a beta-testing version then starting July 1st, you will experience shutdowns every 2 hours.
Worse yet, that beta will expire August 1st.

So, get crackin' and download the release-candidate version and install that.
