If someone wants to start a poll, then that should be their choice. moddys and craig, thats all you yes dudes want to pay homage to , think about the poor customers who still hang on, thinking they will get a pandora, and the ones who gave up hoping they would ever get one, because their faith was destroyed by the almighty opppppppppppppppppppppppppp team. Im fine with my game axe, as I know the pandora will never see the light of day. look at all the stuff they have come up with in the last day, trying to keep mass canceling of orders from happening. 500 cases yeah right. like someone said when the people spoke that wanted, they should have done so, to go ahead and have their pandora wiht a 2nd revison case. but they didnt, because there were no cases to be had anyway. its a shame, that an idea that supposedly was touted as the real deal will fail because they always thought they could just run over the customers. it could have the beginning of a good thing, but it wont make it. I forsee mass canceling of oders, as people will finally get tired of being led around on aleash, as its obvious the parties involved have set them selves up on a throne, and dont think they have to account for anything , or to anyone. I will ahve to save up some moeny this year, to get at least and Ipad, because I know it will be out , when they say it well.

Don't think there will be any mass cancelling of orders, most people knew what they where getting into when they ordered. I've been keeping tabs on this project since I first heard about it 2 years ago. I just recently pre-ordered in the beginning of January, when I found it was so close to completion (withing 6-8 months in my mind). Moral of this rant people just need to chill out, stop acting like 3 year olds... let the guys in front do what's right.

I say craig should individually stencil the icons on, graf style. After a few vodkas of course.

I can never figure out what your avatar is Mjlink, is it something to do with water or a cat getting electrocuted? Does atomicthumbs know about this?

It's a guy in a Kayak going down some whitewater rapids.

Good look Sverm! This picture is part of a series of proshot rapid fire pics on the Indian Creek in upstate NY, its a tributary of the Hudson. Was my first Class V whitewater at the time, Sep 06.

Now on topic:

Looks like we are 2:1 here on the poll.

Would love some input from uptop as well.

Peace & danks!

I think this is going to muddy up the issue. People might get the impression that silk screening is the only flaw in the latest revisions.
More on this point... I haven't seen it anywhere, was it said somewhere that silk screening *was* currently a problem?
Not that I recall!
Lets be honest and use our memories a little bit: Craig was worried about silk screening holding things up. It looks like its advancing with the case anyway so silk screening isn't the problem just imperfections with the case.

It is a problem with the rev 3 cases because the silk-screening is absent on this rev. One of the issues that MWeston noted from rev 2 was that the factory used the wrong file for the silk-screen and, what they did was not centered properly. That was one of the issues that he was looking to have cleared up with the current rev. That is one of the reasons that he was upset with the quality of this rev, because he had been very clear with the factory that he wanted to see the silk-screen on these 'final' sample cases.

So, if they do give the go-ahead for these, who knows what the factory will do for the silk-screen.

Maybe they will use a Spanish silk-screen.

Thanks Sverm for looking through my site! Pic taken at Francis Walter Dam on Lehigh river Pennsyltuckey.

On Topic:
I just see this whole thing as a race in regard to CNY. Silkscreening adds at least a handful of times each case needs to be handled prior to packaging. That's all I'm looking for, skip the silk for those who don't want it. I don't see 500 cases being molded, screened, packaged & shipped on Monday. Think about how unproductive you get the day or two before a holiday (or maybe I'm just a lazy bastard).

If you want it silkscreened with a perfect case, you're gonna have to wait, and we all might have to wait some more regardless. Maybe we have no options and the spanish silk has been pressed :)

Peace
