The battery in my son's Wiz has stopped charging. It shows as 3.72 volts but is really dead under load. I can swap the battery in the other Wiz to it or power it up with no problem off the USB cable. My question is this:

There are three terminals on the battery pack .. a ground .. a sense .. and the actual charge pad. Can you tell me which are which ? The ground is easy to figure out. We would like to manually drain the battery or charge it off a current limited power supply but don't want to burn out the sense lead. TIA.

Hi Misty,

just in case you haven't seen this thread already:

BTW the middle terminal is the sense lead.

But anyway, how long did you have the Wiz? Isn't it a warranty issue?
Did I get it right: The battery DOES load in another Wiz?
Are you sure it isn't the Wiz itself? This would be even worse.
Is there any AS-Center in the US?
