My pandora started collecting dust but my phone died recently so I've booted it back up.

Upgraded from 1.54 to 1.55 from the main menu. (no more flashing viz zip files woot!!)

Latest release of PNDManager is amazing!! SO much new software!!!

Yup - this is becoming incredibly organised and less hassle.

Would love to see MMenu become more "android" like. Any chance of that happening anytime soon?

For example the interface is really nice in apps like pndmanager and a few of the touch orientated interfaces.

Who cares about "android like" stuff? The desktop menu is way faster to find applications than large icons on a small screen.
Dude I just installed the OpenBox desktop and I take back everything I just said!

This is amazing!!!!

Is there an effort to get OpenBox as the standard? It looks a million times better!!!!!!

Wow hats off to whoever did the port of openbox because THIS IS THE DE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR :)

Just gotta figure how to edit the bottom warlock bar so I can have my fave apps down there :)

Edit: For those that haven't installed the open box desktop - you need this in your life.

There have been a slew of excellent .pnd shooters recently and if you are a fan of that genre I would download them. Gunroar is amazing.

The PPSSPP emulator has improved markedly since it's inception.

Also quite a few old school PC games have recently been ported to the Pandora such as RTCW,Quake 3 Arena, Jedi Outcast and Jedi Knight 2 & 3. My personal favorites are Freespace 1&2.

There is much more and more on the way!!!!

Good ol Pandora will never just lay down and surrender. :D

I wish there was a Cybiko emulator...,,,off topic.

One incredibly annoying thing I remembered is the need for my mic button to be pressed on my headphones otherwise the sound sounds crap (can't hear vocals unless it's pressed)

Any idea on solving this?

yep : change your crappy headset to something decent
aka: Get something that isn't branded 'for iPhone'

The idiots at Apple managed to get the microphone and earth lines the wrong way round in all their iProducts.

On purpose.

Deliberately ignoring standards that set out how things should be done!

Good christ is that annoying! As for changing it I'm poor at the moment so will just find some tape to hold it down lol

If you're adventurous you could also cut and splice the ground/mic lines the other way around. I've had issues splicing some newer headphone together, sometimes they're designed such that you can't fix them after they break so it's a risk to cut them yourself.

Ha that may be on the cards at some point but if I break my current ones I can't afford any for a while!

On the topic of how awesome OpenBox looks - anyone know how to edit the warlock panel?

Can't see how to :)

Just don't electrocute yourself being adventurous. :o   ^_^
