Well that's up to the ppl. If we post our charcters we would be helping each other out. Making one of these guys takes too long...

heh i relized making charcters you can't nake sprites of all sorts of games. I tried to make a zero sprite then figured out megaman characters never show their backs. :p

gigas engine could only do so much. You can't put in sprites that are too detailed like megaman characters. it gets all fuzzy.

the only real issue with sprites is that they have to fit into a certain sized 'cell', as gigas doesn't (yet) support sprites of any size (its not to much a technical problem, just makes editing easier and the layouts more understandable)

the problem is if you take a big sprite and shrink it down, you tend to lose alot of the detail and it may look murky on the GP32's screen, if you raise the contrast then shrink down it tends to look pretty good tho :) its worth experimenting.

megaman isnt very big anyway, he should be ok (the SNES graphic should be small enough to fit into the cell)

would it be possible for someone to make a program that could turn rpgmaker spritesheets and tilesets into Gigas ones any one up for the job it would be quite a simple program...

you would have to know where the sprites where and put them on another sprite sheet.

Well both the Gigas and RPGmaker sprite sheets are set standars so the sprites should be in the same place each time. Personally i think this would be very worth doing especially if it could do a batch convert (as i have over 10,000 tilests on my PC for the taking)
