AWESOME... sounds like a brilliant emu rlyeh!

I never had a Speccy (I was a c64 bloke), but from what emulated stuff I've played there seems to be a lot of great games that were never on other systems... fZX will be the perfect way to explore further!

Hey Reesy, Decathlon would be a bit hard to play on the GP32 without breaking the stick off wouldn't it? :p Orrr... you could re-map left-right keys to L & R buttons... hmmm!

It was like a C64 but the graphics and sound weren't as good. It only came out in Europe I think. If you never had one you probably won't get too exited about it. If you did have one you will like it for the nostalgia of playing the games that you remember. It sounds like a great quality emulator.

I remember we had a speccy, i seen it years ago (still at the old house) the keyboard is tiny compared to a pc's keyboard..

games like Jet set willy, treasure island dizzy, hungry horace, attic attack.. all were very good games for the time.

Then usually half way through the game the system would reset its'self because of a faulty lead..

THAT, my friends, is the reason I downloaded a Speccy emulator a long time ago. (Actually I had played Skool Daze Klass of '99, and I wanted to see what the original was like)

Marble Madness Construction Set was also a reason, but believe me, the game isn't as good as the name is. :p

I've would've liked to have seen fMAME released.
Still, a new version on speccy emu is not bad either.

So, are there any good games for Mr. Sinclairs rubbery-keyboard machine?

WEC Le Mans (128k version)
Hard Drivin'
Chase HQ is not bad (the Amstrad version is better tho)

Another good one, surprisingly, is the speccy version of Lemmings. Quite good to play (if you can get hold of it that is).
