My personal least favourite are Business Post (aren't they part of DHL or something now?).

I live in Southampton and they don't have a Southampton office. The nearest is in Totton, which is about 8 miles away.

They're only open between 9 and 6, Monday to Friday (I work in Portsmouth from 9 until 5.30 and it's about an hour each way). They don't open at weekends, bank holidays or any other time.

They keep trying to deliver the package for 3 days, meaning that even if you can actually get someone to trek out to Totton the package won't be there for them to collect. But they keep trying to deliver at the same time of day so you won't be in.

Idiots! Don't they realise that the only people who can afford to buy stuff that has to be delivered by courier need to go out to work every day to earn that damn money! Argh!

But the Post office have a site about 2 miles from my house and is much easier to get to! Neat! All I need now is to be told that the damn thing's actually shipping at some point.
