great poll, but PLEASE. everyone vote so we can see what everyone wants! I personally voted for the Mobile phone cable thing, because that was promised by Gamepark and was one of the selling points for me.

1. A new OS would be c00l :D, A update of windups or something
2. Full speed SNES emulation
3. More emulators, let then come :D

i chose other. all i really want at the moment is a full speed snes emulator (maybe that should have been more emulators. i dont know) but an update of wind-ups would be very good

are you all mad? trackers, sequencers thats what we need. we have loads of emulators but no trackers.

i cry now :(

IMO it seems like everyone has been thinking "SOFTWARE, EMULATORS, GAMES" but not Hardware. That is what people need to work on. Things like a keyboard, more lighting options, external harddrive, all these things seem to have been overlooked, although I KNOW they are much harder to do than software. So if you are a software developer I am NOT IN ANY WAY trying to put down what you have done, because you guys have made the GP32 famous, from the little newbie programmer to the commercial programmer. THANKS for your hard work. I am just saying that we could focus on some hardware peripherials instead of just more software, but I don't want to sound greedy because I know nothing about hardware or software.

1. the mobile phone thingy
2. music composer (ejay type program)
3. Wireless Internet
4.TV Tuner
5. TV cable

Or any of the ones on the list

I voted 'other' as I would like to see the emulators that are already out there finished. Some are so close but lack just one thing (e.g. PC Engine, fMSX and Frodo need saving added, fSMS needs the split screen bug to be sorted).

There will be 1 very soon its being finished off ;)

There will be a keybard soon ;)

and maybe a mouse altho it be useless :D

a dreamcast link cable with vmu capable because you could run the vmu games and keep your saves on a smc + can you use the saves on dreamsnes on the gp32 i know you can use the save data from the pc version of snes 9x with the gp version

I voted for keyboard, but the next best wish is an AMIGA-Emu!!!!!
Please, it can't be that hard, as there are millions of different hardwares supported by UAE already...
When I see the smooth PC-Engine and ATARI ST emus, the AMIGA can't be *that* far away from them. I know about the custum chips but the other machines don't do the graphics and sounds by hand either...

I would like to see more emulators, and more new versions of emu's. Lets have an Amstrad CPC one! As for an Amiga Emu, I have a feeling it might be akward to work, what with kikstart roms etc - Its hard enough to get an Amiga Emu to work properly on a PC!!

The Sega Dreamcast-linkup would surely be great to have. I assume that there would be a VMU-emu for the GP32 itself then? I haven't seen the (supposedly) shown DC-GP32 linkup, and I'm very curious as to what it is and actually can do. :)

Something else I haven't seen yet, and which I think would make for a great hardware development is a camera to mount on your EXT-port. Sure you could choose the USB-port but for such a thing as a camera-lens it's quite an awkward place.
Imagine: camera-lens plugged into the bottom of your GP32, fire up the photo-/snapshot-application. Camera-lens faces away from you so you may use the LCD-screen as "searcher" and click to snap a shot! Sure, we'd be limited to 320x240x16bit at most, but it WOULD be neat. ^_^
