Does anyone know where i can find some comics that are not copyright protected ? I have a idea for a Comic viever (panel after panel, scrolling, etc.)
You´ll gonna be surprised...   I want to include some demo files.

P.S. Oh.... and greets to RR4! I appreciate his work.

wooaah i was thinking of doing that but for manga thought it will be too much work though considering panrl sizes are diffrent

There is a cool garfield comics viewer here
http://gp32x.de/index.php?artc=941

made by Mr. Mirko.

you could probably ask him for the source or executable.

It allowed left right scrolling, and next strip by clicking a button.

Just thought I would save you some effort if you wanted to make something new.

yeh the garfield viewer is awesome - scrolling is easy and its easy to change between the different comic strips! you really should ask him for the source!

i like calvin and hobbes and dilbert. xept some calvin and hobbes comics are not in panels.

HEHEHE, i´m not intending to *program* something ! B)
I just had a cool idea that will sure as hell surprise you....
It will (basically) work with .gif images.
THX for the link, MR.SATAN!

EDIT: Except results this week.

a while ago I posted requesting a comic viewer and I got directed to a program for the PC...I am really sorry I cant remember the name of it ( ) maybe thats not so useful...(its in the original thread if you do a search)

anyway, I asked the author if he would be interested in letting someone port it to the GP or even if he might consider having a go himself and he said :

The source is Borland Builder which isn't going to be
particulary portable. You might want to have a look
at Comical:
