Release Emu EX Plus Alpha ported to the Pandora

There is just nothing in the pndrun :(

Can you re-install video driver and try again (and reboot your Pandora also)?

OK.  So instead of using the touchscreen to select rompath, I used the left Dpad to do that and it is OK now.  Not sure why using stylus to touch the "^" crash all these emus for me.

Mmmm, I'll take a look at this and try to reproduce the crash under gdb...

Noticing a strange graphical issue: at the top right of the screen for the GBA and SNES emulators (and presumably others, these are just the ones I use regularly) there's a rectangular amount of space where the image seems to render slower than the rest of the screen or will be distorted for a frame or two. I can try to take a video if it would help. Notably, the location of it seems to be dependent of the aspect ratio as it will always be in the top right of the game display. Wasn't an issue in previous versions, but is an issue of the other .EMU ports (the ones not done by you) on the repo.

Noooooooooooooo !

I fixed that in the previous port, and I was sure I had backported it agin on the new build.

I don't need a video, I, sadly, knows that issue well enough.

^ The top right there is normally a image overlay that looks like three small vertical cubes that when you click it with the touch screen brings up the menu.. Not sure if that what it is, just distorted.

Working great now! I also noticed some huge speed boosts with the GBA emulator. Final Fantasy VI seems to be consistently fullspeed (or at least very very close to), where as before it was pretty slow when using an airship in my experience. Great work, thanks!

Edit: Spoke a bit too soon, still noticing the issue in the SNES emulators.

Ok, I repackaged Snes9xEX, so it's build 11a now, and it's latest version, and should not exhibit tearing (only Snes9xEX is updated).

Build 11a
----------

 • Fixed Snes9xEX packaging (was an old version).

Been using the emulators and they're all working excellently for me so far, but I've noticed a couple of issues with pairing controllers:

 • In the GBA emulator, controller configurations don't save. For example, I'll turn on the emulator, set up controls for my Wii U controller, then play for a bit and it works fine. If I exit and re-open the emulator, though, I have to go through the setup again each time, which I didn't have to before.
 • In the SNES emulator, I can't even set up a new controller configuration. Whenever I try to change any options, it says that configurations are full and I'll need to delete one in order to set up a new one, which isn't even doable. Presumably, it would have the same issue as the GBA emulator anyways.
Is there something that I'm doing wrong on my end causing this, or is it an issue with the emulators? Thanks!

Edit: Also, trying to pick a controller profile crashes the emulator.

In the MSX emu I get an error telling me it can't find the machine files.

I checked the /utmp/MSXemu/ folder and the machine files are there in the /machines/ folder, the emu is looking for them in the wrong place it seems.

Ok, same, I'll try to fix that.

I just started using a CC and I'm noting some unusual behavior in gbcemu.

After playing gbc games for five to ten minutes, I notice a brief flicker of the screen and a sound hiccup and then the application menu behaves oddly.  The game itself plays fine, but when I press the spacebar the game "pauses" the current screen and no menu displays.  If I press another key, like directional pad down, then the menu displays.  Then if I press directional pad up, the menu selection moves down.  Press up again results in it moving up.  If I press down, it moves up.  If I press down a second time then it moves down.  It's like the action in the interface is one keypress behind what I'm pressing.  I can close the menu by pressing the spacebar twice and resume playing the game.

If I close the emulator and try to open it again the display freezes on the desktop and controls appear unresponsive.  I usually must restart the device.

The following appears in the output of dmesg:

Any ideas where to look for the cause of this behavior?

I wonder if this next portion is why I can't launch the emulator again, since page faults appear on subsequent launches:

[74474.856933] HWRecoveryResetSGX: recovery failed (34). Disabling the driver

Could the driver be "recovered" or re-enabled?

Have you updated your OS version recently?
I updated to Super Zaxxon 1.71 about three days ago.

I also noted that the RetroArch PND, which appears to use Gambatte v0.5.0 doesn't appear to throw any similar errors in dmesg or exhibit similar problems.  I couldn't determine which version Emu Ex Plus Alpha uses.
