hello everybody

I try to flash with finazaxxon

I try to download for 2 sources, and multiple times

I try with 3 sd card

Now, i'm trying to format with windows7 my 32go Kingston to try again

I'v ubuntu, i try with windows because i'm desperate ;)

When I boot from sd1, it's say booting the kernel, screen goes black, and nothing else...

Any suggestion ?

It's very urgent !

thanks a lot

try with 32go kingston formatted with win7 to fat32 and it's the same, i say booting kernel and screen is black and nothing

please help

Wasn't there a problem with the checksum of the latest image?

yes I try again...

I reboot my pandora, and I see, first boot ... and, starting udev.. and nothing more

I try in this moment with my last sd card, fat32, and checksum ok

It's say booting kernel and no screen, so i can't see when it's time to push enter...

but, the sd card led, is flashing, so i'm having some hope ;)

I let you know

if you have some ideas

Set the brightness up with the keycombination? Can you see something on the screen if you look really closely or when shining some light on it?

i try but, it's not a backlight issue if it is the question ;) i try with led light on it

when I restart the pandora, i've the logo and the boot menu, and the screen look's good

For now, the sd card led do nothing, and the screen is light on but nothing on it...

I try to push enter, but nothing append

What is the usual time for flashing ? before the reboot ?

My last idea of the night, I try with sdformatter to format my sdcard

and, same, It say's reading boot.src, some stuff, and booting kernel, the screen goes black, and it's over, nothing append more...

I try all my ideas... :(

My update.log for my last try

hello

thanks, i try again,

the checksum :

083b4bc191a07435b51fd8d449b63df5 Angstrom-pandora-xfce-image-glibc-ipk-2010.4-test-20120703-omap3-pandora.ubifs.img

md5sum rootfs.img

083b4bc191a07435b51fd8d449b63df5 rootfs.img

and it's the same...

The screen is black, and, I need to reboot the pandora, after that, nothing appends...

I check the checksum in the sd card, and it was bad, so I copy again, I try again with the right file, with the good checksum, and it's the same...

Can i find an old firmawre to try ?

yes i read, i try but nothing

When "Booting kernel" appear, the screen goes black, I see the backlight, but nothing else...

I'll try another day, again, at the begining...

If someone have an old firmware, i'll take it !

The supposedly copied-on-SD firmware may seems to have the right checksum, but if you remove and put back the card, you will probably seem a wrong one.

Can you try please ?

I have this in the card

the rootfs.md5

fb136149154683fa0a5e6cd78d77e881 Angstrom-pandora-xfce-image-glibc-ipk-2010.4-test-20120719-omap3-pandora.rootfs.tar.bz2

it's normal ?

I unplung et plug again the sd card, the checksum is

083b4bc191a07435b51fd8d449b63df5 rootfs.img

it seem's the rootfs.md5 file is changing...

I try with 4 card... and 2 pc, with 2 different os...

perhaps i missing something idiot...

but can you tell me exactly what is the wright way, when it's ok, how act the pandora when I choose boot from sd1 ?

Can you tell me the exact and precise specs of each cards ?

When you flash the firmware, all stuff goes automatically, finishing with a "press enter to power down".

i'v kingston ultimate 100x 32 and 8go

pny 8go optima

kingston 512 elite pro

and toshiba 512

When I boot on the sd card, I see sd led flashing, but after "booting kernel" i don't have anything on the screen, I wait long time, to try, and press enter blind, but nothing append

I try to format sd card, under ubuntu, and windows7 and with the sd formatter tool...
