Sony Xperia Mini Pro
This is one of the ones I was considering.  Thanks for feedback on it.  Since I don't have hands on experience with it I can't be sure if it what rError is looking for, but it sounds good to me.  Now I just need to verify it will work with T-Mobile here.

Have you used the Xperia X10 mini or pro version?  It seems the battery life might suck, but they are a bit cheaper.

I am using it on the t-mobile network in germany.

The x10 mini is kind of an older revision. The hardware might be less powefull and the xperia mini pro offers some business like features like PIM and outlook sync and such...

The problem with the xperia mini series is the onboard ram. It's quite limited. Enough to do your daily web and email stuff, but prolly not enough to do some extensive multitasking (multitasking on android... lol) and play the newest games.

But writing is a joy on this keyboard. I love it.
