First off, typically SD cards larger than 32GB are formatted in the exFAT file format a Microsoft proprietary filesystem, so either you need to format it to something more Linux friendly fat32, EXT(2-4). You can try using this PND to get it working, but some complain of issues: http://repo.openpandora.org/?page=detail&app=exfat.wb

NTFS can work too, but you need to use the codec pack to provide that support: http://pandorawiki.org/Ångström#Community_Codec_Package_-_for_Pandora_OS.2C_Release_2010-05

If you tried all of that and still having issues, try using the Panasonic SD card format tool ( not sure of official link).
