It's an option sometimes anyway (since it can break games). I don't have it in Temper because I don't think flicker is usually too horrible but it could probably make a big difference in some NES games.

back to snes on gp2x, most games run pretty much fullspeed no problems. some like metroid run kind of slow with transparencies on and need frameskipping which then makes it hard to see projectiles. still there are a lot of games that run without any problems.
