I wondered if this was possible. It's an advanced doom mod but the source is open It's a really amazing game and is still being worked on.

Here are the specs
Intel Pentium II 300mhz or better;
64mb RAM;
50mb free disk space (2mb free during play);
Direct X 3 or better compliant video (90 megapixels/sec or better for OpenGL);
Direct X 3 compliant sound

I actually have compiled the cutting edge svn (but it didnt work), I need to try a branch which is supposed to have alignment fixes that were made for the gp2x version.

I asked for a gp2x port a long time ago but the gp2x dint have the horse power, I hope pickle can pull it off I smell some paypal donations in the air

well I just got it working on the pandora, but theres a catch it needs the stylus to held to the screen otherwise the game pauses, pretty wierd

Update: its running on the wiz, but with no music, I think I leave it that way. I think theres cycles to spare for it anyway. The game is playable on the wiz
Its also fully working now on the pandora.

you say therte isn't enough cycles to do sound? That's a shame. Ohwell thanks for a speedy port. Can't wait to get my wiz!!!

well what im saying is that music doesnt work at all to begin with, it crashes if turned on. And im also saying this game needs to run faster not slower and the music would slow it down more.

I just finished the last changes, expect to go up on the archive is a short time

Music usually doesn't make a massive difference, performance wise, in games when you aren't emulating it. It seems kind of strange to leave it half finished. Any idea why the music is broken?

Well it's important to know. The first time you tried did you get a blank screen?
And then the second of course it must have worked?
