I can't find an usb keyboard around me (relatives,neighboor,company...).
And I have no need to buy an usb keyboard as I have a serial adapter.
So I can't correct this bug for the moment...

I just used the connector and add 5v on big red and black wires.

hey....ive done all the links...(ive just bought my first soldering...not bad for my first time!)...but the big red and black wires...where they go? To a 5v battery or charger? Whats the positive and the negative between the 2 wires? Thanks toholl

Power supply is done by a 5V REGULATED adaptor.
Big wires are connected to a female jack (you can see it at the down-right corner of the photo). The adaptor is connected to this female jack.
In electronic, there is a universal law:
- big RED wire: positive power supply (here 5V)
- big BLACK wire: ground (or 0V)

All the big yellow surface you see on the card is the GROUND (0V) layer. I connected the black wire (power supply GROUND) to this layer, which is also connected to pin 4 (usb ground) of both usb connectors.

i think so.when i install it,i install itunes and the ipod updater,i'm sure there must be some driver i guess.why?is it a problem?

Ok... here is my idea...
I'll use my GP32 as a mp3 player for my car... imagine the small screen showing you song information or some animation...

so I need the GP32 + linux firmware + usb external hd + mp3 soft for linux + power for usb port...

is that right?

anyone try a usb stick??

i think they didn`t need a lot of energy ?

and there are also 1 GB usb sticks avaible ...

greets
