Hmmm... there's alot of good stuff out there. Just unfortunately not as much as there used to be. I really don't care this latest emo-rock trend. It's all the same to me. But I did find this decent industrial band coma while playing the original Hunter: The Reckoning game. Since then I've been hooked on 'Numb'. Hopefully they will have some more material out soon.

There really hasn't that many recently released songs that I like. And I really can't think of anything off the top of my head right now.

All great bands. Yes. The greatness just drips.

Hmm i have much the same taste as you all strangely enough so i'll just state my favourite song which iss :
Jmi hendrix - castles made of sand - the proper recorded version from the recording studio is really really good i didn't use 2 like it 2 much but it grew on me after a while

+ then the command + conquer orignal music cd it just brings back the memories for me of an entire summer wasted playing that game + well the sound track is fantastic :)

Their kids album was a work of undoubted genius.

How could I forget Bowie, REM, The Smiths, Bob Dylan - oh hell, this could go on for ever...

In no order whatsoever!

Iron Maiden
The Darkness
Deep Purple
Del Amitri (yes, honest)

Other stuff that isn;t manufactured and has some sort of musical merit.

Cant be arsed to think of anything else.

Cypress Hill
Onyx
Wu-Tang
Run DMC
Redman
Method man
Ozzy Osbourne
Sex Pistols
Prodigy
Nirvana
D12
Busta Rhymes
DMX

and some more that Im trying to think that I have on MiniDisc... hhmmm

Well, I've also recently started listening to some J-POP music, namely Ayumi Hamasaki.

Trying to better think of bands I like....

There really aren't that many anymore. I used to like KoRn, Limp Bizkit, Static-X, Primer 55, Breaking Benjamin, Billy Idol, Cold, Linkin Park... Can't think of much more yet.

I like some techno, like DJ Liquid, couple others. There's also this great streaming internet radio statio called Digitally Imported, DI.FM that I often listen to.

I don't know, I guess I just listen to whatever I feel like. I'm mostly into 'hybrid music', i.e. industrial and rap-metal.
