Why I Like Dingoo

After a week long folk festival I'm far too hungover to do anything productive, so I thought I'd list my likes (and a few dislikes) about the Dingoo...

I like:
  • the fact I can now carry my entire collection of Megadrive and SNES games around in my pocket
  • having a large collection of MP3 music on the move
  • being able to play any of my video files without needing to re-convert them
  • the long battery life and usb charging
  • the gaming controls - they're pretty good
  • it rhymes with Pingu! (I think...)

I dislike:
  • the auto-shut down feature kicks in even when the audio player is running. As I use this as my main music player, that means I have to have this feature permanently switched off.
  • no volume control - I'll need to invest in a pair of headphones with a volume wheel!

Feel free to add your likes and dislikes, and agree or disagree with mine!

Oh yes there is, At least for the Music Player and some Emulators, in the Music and Video Player, Press Select + Dpad Up/Down for Volume Control

ah ok thanks for that. I knew you could control volume on the audio player by using up and down (no need for select in the audio player it would seem) but the problem is that I would usually have the keypad locked whilst playing music.
