All of these games are works originally by M-HT.
Senor Quack added highly customizable control configuration.
I have supported the wiz/caanoo ports, added fixes (with help from M-HT), and added analog stick support.

X-COM: UFO Defense - statically recompiled executable for GP2X
Original X-COM: UFO Defense version 1.4 required
Read the included file "readme-GP2X.txt" for instructions

X-COM: Terror from the Deep - statically recompiled executable for GP2X
Original X-COM: Terror from the Deep required
Read the included file "readme-GP2X.txt" for instructions

Warcraft - statically recompiled executable for Wiz
Original Warcraft version 1.21 required
Read the included file "readme-GP2X.txt" for instructions

And finally the update on Albion, technically it should run (it does start), technically the control code I used for the others should work. But for unknown reasons controls arnt working. Only button that registers is the screen scaling. So until this problem is fixed it cant be released

Update 1: did some more debug and the control events are working (being detected), maybe something is broke with the action mappings.

This is great news - what does it run under games or apps - I`m getting invalid file under explorer
As its not showing up under games

Edit: ok it runs under the root dir - we just need to get it in games dir
With a nice x-com banner ect...

great work pickle ;)

Wow! You have been busy Pickle! This is awesome!

I better plug my Caanoo in to charge... it's going to get a lot of use this week. :)

I hope you can figure out the problem with the controls in Albion though. With all these great games I'll be glued to my Caanoo for hours.

Thank you for all your hard work!

i did this too but wasn't able to get warcraft to work. does it work for you?

the ini's were from the wiz archive so ill fix those up at some point.
Make sure with warcraft your using the right SR-War.exe (i.e. floppy vs cd)

try that not working... strange there`s also a problem with intercept because of the missing pixes off the top of the screen, what a pain that is

well I`m using the xcom1_rh.gpe and the x activates the keayboard, but once pressed thats it.... cant get out
Pressing all the buttons takes you back to the caanoo menu

Okay, ive figured it out, the controls are the same as the F100

---------------------------

Mouse mode:
Stick: move mouse
R+Stick: move mouse - higher speed

Both modes:
B: left mouse click [configurable]
R+B: enter [configurable]
X: right mouse click [configurable]
Y: y key [configurable]
A: backspace [configurable]
R+Select: virtual keyboard [configurable]
Start: pause/unpause game
L+R+Start: immediate exit (without saving anything)
Vol +/-: volume up/down [configurable]
L+Vol +/-: Geoscape zoom, Battlescape up/down level
L+Stick: Rotate Geoscape, Scroll Battlescape
Select: Geoscape set time to 5 secs, Battlescape select next soldier [configurable]
L+Select: Geoscape set time to 1 day, Battlescape deselect current soldier [configurable]

Virtual keyboard:
Stick: move
B: select [configurable]
L+R+Start: immediate exit (without saving anything)

-----------------------------

everything seems to be working fine when i use this configuration.

Ok its working with xcom1.gpe and what jengo says, nice one mate - but this means that the xcom1_rh.gpe keybaord dont work
Which is a shame as I like the way you can call the keybored up with just hitting x - its also a shame about the pixels missing
you cant use touch to click intercept, can this be ajusted :(

Anyone got music running i`ve got the tmidity folder in the root?

cheers

I think i remember there being some things with left/right mods not working in the wiz either. Maybe I will try to figure out what is happening, there are things that depended on the GP2X SDL so i wonder if that might be the cause. Senor quack has a wiz so I was hoping he might know his code better and know whats happening, but it looks like he has disappeared (lost in the trails again)
Yeah i have timidity working, just add the timidity.cfg to each folder with the path to the timidity instruments (i.e. /mnt/sd/timidity)
