Just a quick heads up

Hi, great news ! Hope all will get well now...
For wainting, before Matzesu’s video, why not some photos of the unimog ???
I want to see the logo from the 2 sides...
For me, I’m cutting my Christmas tree with my train.

The Problem is that this Unimog needs to wait until the Lockdown will gets a bit less tight..
Such a thing will be some 30.000 € Around, so whe should first look for a good one, which means a journy to South Germany,
To go to work in the Pandemie is one thing, but driving in a diverent German Country is a bit more dangourous..

So i think long bevore whe have looked on a good Unimog, the Package Embargo on the Pyra may be over ^^

Here's one thing: The more clear coating you put on, the more glossy the case will look like but the more scratch resistant it is.
The sample cases were perfect - but the ones we received this time weren't.

I also guess there's a difference between the black and chrome cases in this respect? Chrome wants to be more shiny anyway...

I'm wondering that the original cases were dark chrome, and the problem was with the black ones.

Problem at the Moment in Elsass is that they need this Formula where you have to say in french why you had leave your home ^^
Whe allready have a good source: Merex near Gaggenau in "Badenwürtemberg" South of us..

Also its not that sure what whe make: It could be that whe buy a EX Bundeswehr Unimog, it could also be that whe just buy a small RV on Base of a Sprinter or VW Bus..

Sorry that i derail this topic that much, it was originally meant to think about the Unboxing of the Pyra because the Design of the for shure cool Box should be a suprise..
And someone wantet a Video on an Unimog that is still a Idea from us, and not bought yet, allthough whe have allready bought the Manual for this Model from the Online Shop of our Unimog Club..

I think i have a idea for a "Unimog Topic"

From now on, this Topic shall tell from the Issues of the Pyra Development, the Special Booklet and the Tickness of the Coating..

I have make you loose your Time , sorry about that. For me, coating is not the most important, it can be scratched as long as it works fine. Like an used blue jeans...

I'm still a bit concerned about the audio issue. My high speed circuits had quite a bit of timing drift regarding temperature and did a automatic delay calibration on every startup. For me, this sounds like a SPI mode issue, just for I2S or whatever is being used. The newer chips I'm using have a config register for the IO Bank which allows for inverting some pins individually. I don't know the OMAPs IO config, but if it's possible, inverting the clock out pin could be a more robust fix I think.

Which lucky little bugger will get a christmas Pyra first... place your bets. Except for the individual in question who is disallowed betting priviliges due to obvious insider knowledge...

I remember one evening back in 2012, when I was still taking the train on a regular basis, we hit a motherhuggin' boar and it damaged the suspension in the process. Dunno how we managed to get going again after that, must've looked pretty ugly from the outside. And of course it had to happen in the middle of nowhere, so we had to wait for two hours without any network.
People tend to spit on the SNCF, yet they never leave us stranded and do their best to manage the unexpected. For years they've been resisting the typical state-owned company management : shrink budgets so they have to do with less ressources, wait for users to get fed up with degrading quality of service, then say "state-owned doesn't work" and privatize one bit at a time and repeat. They should be held up as an example yet we complain anyway. That's France for you folks !
