Snes Emu Question

has anyone been able to get the 166mhz version of snes9xgp working? every time I try to load anything my gp32 goes crazy

guarenteed 166 from gbax tested clock speed up to 174

btw it is a blu+ if it makes any difference

You get a big white bar with the BLU+. It is supposed to be fixed "soon" though.

Can you run any other programs at 166Mhz? If not, I suggest you contact GBAX.

Not with V 0.1, and it can go to 166 too. Come to think of it, being V 0.1 propably has something to do with it not working...

I do believe you have found out the same thing I had to... a 166 mhz gp32 doesn't always equal 166 in snes9xgp or any program for that matter...
I can run 166 in everything but snes9xgp and DrMD.

Get the clockspeed tester program... if it = 166 mhz for 20 minutes then you do have a 166 unit... and you'll just have to get used to 160 mhz in snes9x, it's only a 6 mhz difference... not even noticable.
