Unfortunately, ff tactics doesn't seem to work in v0.18. I'm working hard in getting it to work in the next version.
Ok, thanks for clearing that up! When you release a new version, please PM ED or hando to make sure it gets on the front page.

Thanks,

Is a .cue file required if a .bin file is used?

If yes, is it possible to easily make one if the application you use with your game discs doesn't produce .cue files?

Well do Ben.

A cue file is not needed.

Grandia is one of those games that is tricky to emulate. I have a feeling it won't work. But it might.

Thanks very much. Just wanted to be sure that the lack of a .cue file wasn't going to cause problems.

Does FF7 run as far as it did in the first release? I was going to show it to my mate (massive FF7 fan) tomorrow. ;)

In 010 It ran very slowly through the intro until the first battle where it frozed.

Does GP2psx support sound?

If not then I would have no probs replacing the sound files with dummy files.... but if there is sound support... I would feel like an idiot removing all the music and sound from PSX games....

Has anyone tested a game called "ONE" ? I would be most excited if this worked.

No sound support as far as I know.

Donated.

Make more progress (especially in RPGs!) and I'll throw more money at you. ;)

Beyond the Beyond (NTSC) won't even load (Updated the Wiki). I *think* I'm ripping them right.

Check ripped ISOs with epsxe before trying them on the 2x so you know they work.

Hm. I guess I'm ripping them wrong then. And that guide didn't help. =\ Grah...

Ironic, I started trying to rip them on windows to have an easier time of it, but the closest I've come was when I used cdrdao on linux. :)

Is removing the movies a requirement for the emulator, or does it just shrink the files? I think that might be the core of my problems.

Just to let people know again, FF7 works but very slowly. I got to the start menu after about 10 minutes of just seeing beggining logo's

I've been stuck on a bug that shows up in FF Tactics that prevents textures from being loaded most of the time. Once this is fixed a new release will follow. This bug has been driving me crazy. Is anyone else noticing 3d games to be missing textures?

You should see what happens after the opening movie ;)

Yup. I'm thinking Legend of Mana has this...

The characters don't show up, and something else is also missing... :)
