Hi
like the title says I'm having trouble using dosbox since I can't type ":" .
But it does work in mousepad and on my previous pandora(got it replaced beacause of the nubs) ":" worked in dosbox.
thx for any help :)
//Edit: found the solution right now on the wiki -.- shift + Fn + ";"...
How about OpenRaider http://sourceforge.net/projects/openraider/files/ an open source Tomb Raider 1 to 4 clone using the original game files.
Of course it's dead a long time (the source is from 2003) but as far as I've seen it seemed to work on linux.
The readme says it requires the following...
Noticed the same in Midori so I guess wifi was on.
Was gone after reboot.
But I experienced something similar on my desktop pc:
when scrolling in firefox (or ie? ) I noticed that sound coming from the speakers.
I also have a similar Problem.
When trying to open roms with Snes9x and thus clicking on the name of the SD on the left
it (often) pops an error saying it can't open the SD (right now it's not so can't tell what exactly the message says)
but via "filesystem/media/mmcblk0p1" it allways works...
I used joytokey and a xbox 360 controller during my "basic military service" (babelfish translated) time since we had mor pcs/laptops then mice.
I mapped it different for the games we where playing but mostly had it configured like that:
- the left stick as a fast mouse
- the right one as a...
I don't know if it's acurate but googling gave me that the ds has only 850mAh so less then a quarter of the pandoras battery. Furthermore it has (like stated before) two screens, it is older ( more µm -> more heat -> less efficient) and it's got two processors for Nintendo DS and GBA games...
Don't hesitate to flame me if I'm wrong :P
But since 3DO is also running an arm (from what wiki says) wouldn't even something like wine be possible, and make the hardware even more capable for playing 3DO games?
Jazz Jackrabbit is in fact green
and in Jazz Jackrabbit 2 there is Jazz (green) and Spaz (red).
but the game must be older I think.
I will keep on searching and if one day I find it I will be depressed because it wont be so great. :-D
That does not look right (no like what I remember)
I might add that it was mostly brown yellow and red.
But since I do not want to be so selfish everyone who also has some missing memory shall write in this post. :-D
Sooo
I have been enlarging my collection of old games some time now.
But eventhough I found many, I still miss some games we had, back when I was just a little girl (er ... boy of course) .
We used to have tons of sharewaregames, like for example the many Apogee sharewares.
So back on topic ...
My list (not shure if they'll all work):
Arkanoid
Blakestone
Blockout
Blood
Commander Keen
Discworld
Doom(s)
Discworld (edit: 2 :P --> wont run; runs even slow on my desktop)
fire & ice
Gobliiins
heretic
hexen
lemmings (different versions)
Monsterbash (FTW!)
nicky boom
Need for speed...
I don't think so, because:
and if I measure my finger in the position he's holding the stylus I come to aprox. 80mm the tip sticks out a bit so let's say that's the missing 20mm. -> he doesn't have big hands but the pandora is damn! small. (or ofcourse I've got big hands too :D )
I just went to an electronicsstore lately and found out that sony patented the button symbols.
If you look at ps-controller-clones you will see that they eather have disrupted lines on the triangle & stuff or just numbers. -> crazy
I suggest that all of us wait until the thing is shipped and whoever wants it changes the keyboard layout and those for whom the software change isn't enough (I type blind anyway) can buy some rub on letters :P
I just bought the pandora due to the speed of the site and I must say I'm sooo moved :')
It's a touching moment
can't tell anymore
* rolling on the floor & just being happy *
