Gp2x Build Quality


Mine does feel very sturdy (way more so than the GP32), but I can appreciate that for many it might not feel that way... somehow I suspect GPH's quality control isn't stunning as they go (although very pleased that CraigIX and ED are checking units at least in terms of operability).

Don't hate the stick, but I think I prefered the GP32 one... mebbe its because it's too short though, and unscrewing it a bit would help...
 
I have a V100 batch model and it feels plenty solid, it is just light.

As for the stick, I think it just needs a new pad, something shorter and maybe knurled or concave.

A shorter stick would take less distance and fix the problem of the "dead zone", while making it grippier would help all around.
