I haven't tried MESS v.10 yet. Were you able to run earlier versions like v0.9b with your coleco bios?

can you tell me a few games you can run on it with columbo i get to game select then it goes black and freezes :( with dig dug and chuck norris

Quick info:
* I'm running FW 2.0.0
* I own the MK2 model of the GP2X
* I'm running everything on a SanDisk 2.0GB card
* I run all my apps via GMenu2X
* Columbo is in root/emus/colecovision and ROMS/BIOS are in root/roms/colecovision

I just tested Chuck Norris Superkicks with Columbo and got my butt kicked :) but it ran just fine.

With Dig Dug I have two and both are labelled "1983 Atarisoft Prototype". They both play great however only one of them has sound.

Hi there,

If gp2xmess exits immediately 9,999 times out of 10,000 it is due to the BIOS.

The BIOS has to be the right one, located in the bios subdirectory, and must stay zipped. i.e. coleco.zip.

gp2xmess should be firmware independent since lots of folks are using gp2xmess w/ different revs of firmware.

Hope this helps,
